Meet Desiree
Desiree, a 2008 graduate in Dental Hygiene, has been with the practice since 2010. A long-time North Idaho resident, she brings a love for the outdoors and a strong sense of family to her work. Known for her gentle touch and dedication to patient well-being, Desiree prioritizes helping each patient achieve optimal oral health while also enjoying her roles as a wife, mother, and organizer.
Meet Katie
Katie has been a hygiene assistant at this location for 3 1/2 years, beginning her dental career in 2009 while working towards her goal of attending dental hygiene school. She has been a resident of North Idaho since 2006. On weekends, Katie enjoys gardening, swimming, and running.
Meet Becky
Becky has been a dental assistant since 1994 and currently serves as the lead restorative assistant, having worked in all areas of dentistry. She enjoys the outdoors, traveling, and supporting the University of Idaho marching band, and also substitute teaches with the Post Falls School District. Becky fosters and rescues animals, including her three kids, two dogs, one cat, and two rabbits.
Meet Ashley
As our patient care coordinator, Ashley brings over seven years of experience in the dental field. Born and raised in North Idaho, she is dedicated to assisting patients with their dental needs. In her free time, Ashley enjoys traveling with family and friends, camping, fishing, and embracing outdoor activities.
Meet Kari
Kari started her career as a dental assistant in 1996, later assuming responsibilities at the front desk after eight years. With 30 years of marriage, she cherishes her family and three fur babies. At Sunshine Dentistry, she finds fulfillment in assisting patients with insurance benefits and building lasting relationships under the guidance of Dr. Sunshine.
